Desiree and Ines sent me some beautiful photographs of their (Bless) show, taken yesterday. Looks like they’re dancing, but they’re actually playing football.
Jonathan· 10/01/07To celebrate our win (3 to 1) Wednesday night at Lafayette Park (first game of the new season), we are launching the Fútbol section early! We’ve been working hard for the last months developing our own Fútbol Club, Parkside. After playing 2 seasons in La Liga de Fútbol Lafayette Park, we decided to organize a formal Club. The Club plays Wednesday and Friday evenings at Lafayette Park, we’ll post game times regularly here on the Blog. We are also proud to announce a generous kit sponsorship from adidas. Please be sure to visit all of our Sponsors.

Went last night to Carson (South LA) to watch the Final Match in the SuperLiga Tournament, Pachuca vs Galaxy. It was my first time watching a professional match in the US and I didn’t expect much from the Galaxy, especially after they lost Beckham in the first half. With a draw at the end of 90, and two additional 15 minute periods, the shoot-out began…goaloso!!

Benin vs Japan. The Captain (Agapit) of our new Futbol Club is from this beautiful country in West Africa.

As you may have noticed, we’ve just relaunched our website with a new Blog, Cybershop and a section for our forthcoming Fútbol Club! Please let us know what you think…
